2. Personal data collected

• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and visit duration

These data are collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 and the technical cookies necessary for the website to function.

Direct communications

If you contact us by email or phone, we collect the data you choose to share (name, contact details, content of the communication).

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing

a) Responding to quote requests and enquiries

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We use the data provided through the form to respond to your request, send a quote, arrange a site visit and manage all communication related to your project.

b) Statistical analysis and website improvement

Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Browsing data are processed in aggregated and anonymous form via Google Analytics 4 to understand how users interact with the website and to improve its content and usability.

c) Legal and fiscal obligations

Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Where a contractual relationship is established, the necessary data are retained to comply with statutory obligations (invoicing, accounting, anti-money-laundering regulations).

4. Data retention

Personal data are retained for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:

• Contact requests not followed by a contract: 24 months from receipt of the request.
• Data relating to concluded contracts: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship, in compliance with fiscal and civil-law obligations.
• Browsing data (Google Analytics): 14 months, in accordance with the default settings of Google Analytics 4.
• Technical cookies: variable duration as specified in the cookie policy.

Upon expiry of the retention period, data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

5. Sharing with third parties

FPC Group Srl does not sell, transfer or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be communicated exclusively to:

• Technical service providers (hosting, email delivery, CRM) acting as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, bound by appropriate confidentiality agreements.
• Google LLC — via Google Analytics 4, for statistical analysis of browsing. Google acts as a data processor. IP anonymisation settings are enabled. For more information: Google Privacy Policy.
• Professionals and collaborators (surveyors, architects, suppliers) involved in carrying out the project, to the strictly necessary extent.
• Public authorities, where required by law or by order of a judicial authority.

Data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), except to countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection (e.g. the USA via Standard Contractual Clauses for Google LLC).

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR) — obtain confirmation of whether we are processing your data and receive a copy.
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) — request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), in the cases provided by law.
• Restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) — restrict processing in certain circumstances.
• Portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection (Art. 21 GDPR) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
